Brian Belott

Brian Belott (b. 1973) makes sense of the world through nonsense. While his work encompasses a vast array of materials, all of his projects—from performance to painting—are forms of collage. His latest series, created during the Covid-19 lockdowns, of torn and glued paper collages captures his ethos in its purest form: rearranging our uncertain reality into his own kind of riddle.
